Who we are
Founded in Istanbul in 2014, MTA today carries shipments across 81 provinces and to more than 220 countries. One idea sits at the centre of our work: a customer who does not know where their parcel is has received poor service.
That is why we run our operation end to end on our own software. Orders, labels, courier assignment, transfer-centre scans and proof of delivery all live in the same system, and our customers see exactly the same data in real time.
Our journey
2014
Founded in Istanbul with a single transfer centre and six couriers.
2018
Domestic network reached all 81 provinces; the first automated sorting line went live.
2022
E-commerce integrations (Shopify and other platforms) were launched.
2025
International coverage grew to 220 countries; the customer panel was rebuilt.

Every movement from the moment a shipment is created until it is delivered is recorded and reflected to the customer instantly.
Our own network
We do not hand deliveries over to subcontractor chains; we carry them with our own couriers and our own transfer centres.
Proof of delivery
Every delivery is documented with a signature and a photo; the records can be downloaded from your customer panel.
Sustainability
We are gradually moving our urban delivery fleet to electric vehicles and cutting empty mileage through route optimisation.
