1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website and the customer panel you are deemed to have accepted the terms below. If you do not accept them, you should not use the service.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorised access.
3. Prohibited Items
The following contents cannot be carried; otherwise the shipment is destroyed and reported to the relevant authorities:
- Explosive, flammable and corrosive substances.
- Narcotic and psychotropic substances.
- Live animals and perishable medical samples (unless separately agreed).
- Cash, negotiable instruments and precious metals.
- Contraband, counterfeit or otherwise unlawful goods.
4. Pricing
The shipping charge is calculated based on weight, volumetric weight, destination and the selected service type. If the declared dimensions do not match the actual ones, the difference is added to your invoice.
5. Limitation of Liability
In the event of loss or damage, our liability is limited to the maximum amount set out in the applicable legislation and the carriage contract. Where additional insurance is requested, the coverage amount is determined separately.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page.
